Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery:
  • IMPORTANT - please, as a note to the seller/order add your PHONE number for the delivery service.
  • Shipping is possible to most of the countries all over the world. Customers from other countries please ask before for individual shipping calculation - for sure we can find some solution.
  • Delivery within Europe takes approximately 2 - 7 working days. For countries like USA, China, Australia, etc. it can be longer if no express delivery is prefered.
  • As a default delivery adress will be used adress stated in your BrickOwl profile. If you prefer delivering to some pickup point or different adress, please let it know in advance.
  • Shipping costs depends on destination country, package size and weight – total weight estimation of your order you can find in shopping cart details before checkout.
  • All parcels are automatically insured with tracking ID which is sent to you immediately after dispatching. For more details please see the table below.

  • Maximum sum of all three package dimensions is 150cm, maximum dimension of one side is 120cm. Some Lego boxes are bigger than this size, in such a case please ask for bypass password and individual shipping calculation.
  • Maximum weight is 10 kg. More is possible only with individual shipping calculation.
  • VAT ATTENTION for all non-EU customers: VAT and customs have to be added to your order total value, please keep this on your mind when placing an order.
